"My position on crime is this: almost all crime is local and therefore under jurisdiction of state and local government. The only federal crimes should consist of violations against those powers delegated to the federal government, and that does not include those areas reserved to the state jurisdiction. Examples of areas that the federal government should not criminalize include drugs, juvenile justice, and gun control legislation. These things are under state control. Needless to say, if there is no victim, there is no crime. Of course, the biggest crime in this country today is carried out by the federal government. I speak of trillion dollars of theft against the hard working people of this country for Marxist redistribution purposes."
